- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and hygienic liners intact.
- For hygiene reasons, any swimwear with removed or tampered hygiene liners, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and personalized products cannot be returned.

- Ensure all tags and hygienic liners are intact.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Please retain the tracking number for your reference.
3. Refund Policy
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be processed instead.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
