1. General Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and hygienic liners intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, any swimwear with removed or tampered hygiene liners, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and personalized products cannot be returned.

2. Return and Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate a Request

  • Contact our Customer Support at info@bubsea.com or via our Returns and exchanges Form within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Step 2: Prepare Your Item

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a secure package.
  • Ensure all tags and hygienic liners are intact.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Please retain the tracking number for your reference.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item showing the defect or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will prioritize resolving the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
